Audio Engineering Essentials Course
(AEEC)
The AEEC (Audio Engineering Essentials Course) represents an enhanced and contemporary iteration of the SEEC (Sound Engineering Essentials Course) previously conducted at Wild Grass Training Center between 2013 and 2016.
Discover the enhanced curriculum divided into two dynamic parts, meticulously designed to elevate your expertise over an immersive three-month journey each. Classes are scheduled to take place once a week, with two sessions per day, and will span a duration of three hours per session.
All training sessions will be done at the largest studio in the Philippines, Wild Grass Studios.

Under the expert guidance of our seasoned professionals, you'll unlock the secrets of audio mastery in a truly immersive experience. From state-of-the-art equipment to a meticulously crafted curriculum, every detail has been fine-tuned to ensure your success.
AEEC is a comprehensive course that systematically covers the concepts of audio engineering, starting from the fundamental aspects of audio to the design and operation of audio systems.
It enables a thorough understanding of audio engineering principles and their practical application in the field. Below are the major topics that will be discussed over the course of the six months training:
In this topic, we will discuss approaching room acoustic design considering the elements of acoustics from the basics to soundproofing, absorption, diffusion, and vibration.

ACOUSTICS
This topic focuses on learning the essential sampling and digital audio transmission in digital sound, including various protocols such as Audio Over IP and Dante, as well as optimization methods.

DIGITAL AUDIO
Learning about optimal speaker placement and installation methods in different spaces and applications such as commercial venues and event spaces
SPEAKER PLACEMENT

Understand the characteristics and classification of electricity closely related to sound, and utilize essential formulas in the field to upgrade the acoustic level by one step
BASIC ELECTRICAL THEORY

Learn about the structure and application of audio DSP (Digital Signal Processor), as well as practical installation, design, and operational techniques through programming

AUDIO DSP
This topic will discuss about speaker selection, speaker and amplifier matching, and understanding the signal flow within the system. Participants will learn the techniques and approaches involved in the overall design of audio systems

SYSTEM DESIGN
Understand the structure of analog and digital mixers, and comprehending the various functions and roles of mixers.
Learning the initial setup methods for mixers will also be discussed in this topic
AUDIO MIXER

This will help you learn the calibration process to optimize different systems based on the venue and application, ensuring the best possible sound output from the system
AUDIO SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION

Learn the process of designing system racks, organizing wiring, selecting equipment placement, and considering factors such as electricity and heat generation.
This training will help you create an ideal operational environment
SYSTEM INSTALLATION
